We would usually conduct a free no obligation quote at your convenience in order to provide you with an accurate price. We also offer an ongoing maintenance plan, please feel free to ask for more details.
However, the following will give an indication of our charges.
Indication of carpet cleaning pricing based on an average 3 bedroom semi-detached house:
1 room: £40 – £60
2 rooms: £80 – £100
3 rooms: £100 – £140
3 rooms plus hall, stairs and landing: £120 – £180
Whole house clean: £130- £200
Rug cleaning from £15
Upholstery cleaning £25 per seating unit, i.e. £75 for a 3 seater sofa
Leather cleaning from £20 per seating unit
Curtain cleaning (dry cleaning method in situ) from £5 per square metre
Mattress cleaning from £20 single, £30 double
Hard Floor and Tile and Grout Cleaning from £4 per square metre
Patio Cleaning from £2 per square metre
We also offer one-off whole house general cleaning when moving into or out of a property, prices on request.
Please note we have a minimum charge of £70 for any cleaning work. All prices are inclusive of materials and labour. There are no hidden extras.
All quotations will be given in writing before starting the job and are payable on satisfactory completion of the work.
